I can explain Right-of-Use Asset
The asset you record for the right to use something under a lease.
A right-of-use (ROU) asset represents a lessee's right to use an underlying asset for the lease term, recognized under Ind AS 116 / IFRS 16 alongside a lease liability.
Sticky trick
ROU asset is depreciated; lease liability accretes interest - both hit the P&L differently than old rent-only.
